Please see the cats available for adoption at the Sandton SPCA. The cats in this album are all available for adoption.

We try to keep the availability status of each animal as current as possible. If a cat you'd like to adopt is already "booked" please leave your details with the office regardless by contacting us on 011 444 7730 in case the booking falls through.

We have a strict adoption process with a compulsory home check and all cats must be met in person (you'll thank us later). Current cat owners are welcome to bring their own cats (and dogs) and have a "meet and greet" with any cat they might be interested in adopting. Our adoption fee for a cat is R750 (with a non-refundable R200 deposit payable upfront). The adoption fee includes sterilisation, de-worming, first vaccination and microchip.

REMEMBER : Adopting a pet is for life. The life of an average dog or cat is around 15 years, so be prepared to love, exercise and afford to feed and cover their medical costs for as long as they are alive.
