Firstly, home checks are also compulsory for cat adoptions. You’ll need to meet your cat in person, and you can even bring your current dog or cat for a ‘meet and greet’.
The adoption fee for a cat is R800, which includes sterilisation, de-worming, vaccination and a microchip.
